My name is Alex, I was born on November 8, 2001. Since I was young I have had a great interest in sports and physical care, which led me to develop a passion for the gym, where I train with discipline and perseverance. I am currently training as a physical trainer, dedicating my Saturdays to studying to continue improving my knowledge. My goal is to grow both personally and professionally within the world of fitness. What I like the most is training in the gym, since it allows me to improve myself every day, improve my physical condition and stay focused. I enjoy learning about the body, training and how to help others achieve their goals, which is why I am training as a physical trainer.
